Jason Wyatt holding his saxophone while playing with the Westside Baptist Church orchestra in Jacksonville

Who I am

I build practical systems, but people are the point.

I'm Jason Wyatt. I own Wyatt Digital Media, live in Jacksonville, and attend Westside Baptist Church, where I play saxophone in the orchestra.

That photo is me getting ready to play. It is not a staged business portrait, which is kind of the point. I would rather show you who I am than hide behind a page full of polished claims.

How I got here

I learned to troubleshoot before I learned to automate.

I came up through avionics, where guessing is a bad habit. You follow the signal, find where it breaks, and fix the actual problem. Later, I built experience in ecommerce, audiences, and funnels. As AI tools became useful, I added automation to that mix.

The tools have changed. The discipline has not. I still start by listening, mapping what really happens, and looking for the smallest fix that can prove useful.

What that means when we work together

I will explain the tradeoffs in plain language. I will keep a person in the loop anywhere emotion, money, judgment, or accountability matters. And if the simple answer is better than the fancy one, I will tell you.

01

Listen

We start with the part of the work that keeps slipping.

02

Simplify

We remove steps before we add software.

03

Build

We test the handoffs and keep people in control.

04

Steady

We document it and check that it holds up.

Bring me the process that keeps getting stuck.

Customer follow-up, repeat office work, or a handoff that keeps breaking. We'll look at what happens now and decide whether AI or automation has a useful role.
